How It Works

To request an exchange or return, please contact us within 14 days from the shipping date of your order.

In order for us to process your request as quickly as possible, please include the following information in your email:


- Order number
- Whether your request is for an exchange or a return
- The item(s) you wish to return
- In case of an exchange, the requested replacement item(s) and/or size(s)
- Collection Service (Optional):
We offer a collection service for your convenience, at a variable cost, depending on your location. If you choose this service, please inform us of the preferred collection date and full pickup address

Stock Availability (Exchanges)
Please note that all exchanges are subject to stock availability.Once we receive your request, we will confirm availability and reply as soon as possible. If you do not receive a response within 72 business hours, please resend your request and remember to check your spam/junk folder.

Collection Service (Opcional)
We will provide a return shipping labelThe label must be printed by the customer and securely attached to the outside of the package containing the returned items.

Self-Managed Returns
If you prefer to return the items using your own shipping method, please send the package to our return address.

Inspection & Processing
Once the returned items arrive at our warehouse, they will be inspected and verified to ensure they meet our return conditions. After approval, we will proceed with either:the dispatch of the replacement item(s), or the refund, depending on your requestPlease note that in the case of an exchange, an additional shipping fee will apply for sending the new item(s).To help us handle your request as efficiently as possible, we kindly ask you to include all the details listed above when contacting our customer support.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy 


We at Bootani Kids Lda, located at R. do Barreiro, 233 - 4755-230 Barcelos, Portugal with the Tax ID nr PT518051838, accepts returns on full price merchandise that is unused, in the original packaging and has a return request made within 14 days of purchase.

If you wish to exchange a product, regardless of the reason for it, contact Bootani to info@bootanikids.com.
All items must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging with tags still attached. We are unable to offer an exchange or refund on items that are damaged, worn or not in their original packaging. Only the Items that are returned due to any BOOTANI related issue, will be exchanged at our expenses.
Bootani Kids Lda reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet our return requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your own expense and a refund will not be issued. 


For international orders, if an item is returned because a customer refused to pay for any import taxes or customs duties due payable, Bootani Kids will seek to recover from the customer all costs or any fees incurred. Please note that if you refuse to pay custom duties upon delivery, a refund will only be issued after the product has been returned to us with discounted taxes applied.


Please allow up to 4-7 business days for refunds to be processed once your return has been received by our warehouse


Returning or exchanging your order

Returns must be sent back within 14 days upon receiving the package and in perfect original sale condition, unworn.


Returns from countries outside of Europe EEA (European Economic Area) may be arranged by us. To know the rates we provide please contact us at info@bootanikids.com
