Return Policy 

We at Bootani Kids Lda, located at R. do Barreiro, 233 - 4755-230 Barcelos, Portugal with the Tax ID nr PT518051838, accepts returns on full price merchandise that is unused, in the original packaging and has a return request made within 14 days of purchase.

If you wish to exchange a product, regardless of the reason for it, contact Bootani to info@bootanikids.com.

All items must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging with tags still attached. We are unable to offer an exchange or refund on items that are damaged, worn or not in their original packaging. Items return due to any BOOTANI related issue, will be exchanged at our expenses

Bootani Kids Lda reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet our return requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your own expense and a refund will not be issued. 

For international orders, if an item is returned because a customer refused to pay for any import taxes or customs duties due payable, Bootani Kids will seek to recover from the customer all costs or any fees incurred. Please note that if you refuse to pay custom duties upon delivery, a refund will only be issued after the product has been returned to us with discounted taxes applied.

Please allow up to 4-7 business days for refunds to be processed once your return has been received by our warehouse

Returns must be sent back within 14 days upon receiving the package and in perfect original sale condition, unworn.
